Return Request: To initiate a return, customers must first request a return authorization by contacting us via email at admin@balpary.com or through our website. Once the return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions either via email or mail.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping and other associated fees). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Any items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
